Restorative Yoga classes for rest, recovery and relaxation.
Join Frances on Mondays at 11am for breathwork, supported stretching and meditation at The Grange Yoga studio in Kings Lynn.
This 4 week block will take you through a series of one hour restorative practice every Monday. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, each pose is designed to be held for an extended period, promoting a state of passive stretching and deep release.
Classes include use of all studio props, mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets.
